Healthy Pot Roast
I’ve never made pot roast in my life before, but I’ve always wanted to try it, and I’ve got to say for a first attempt it tasted AMAZING!!
Here’s what you need:
- Beef
 - Carrots
 - Peas
 - Cauliflower
 - Bell peppers
 - Onions
 - A few cloves of garlic
 - Artichoke
 - Broccoli (I love broccoli in this dish however I always forget to add it)
 - You can add whatever vegetables you want there are no rules in the kitchen
 - Spices: a dash of onion, garlic, ginger powder, black pepper, cinnamon
 - Dijon mustard
 - Rosemary
 - Coconut oil
 - Olive oil
 - Butter
 - Vinegar
 
Instructions:
- Marinate the meat with the spices, olive oil, vinegar, and dijon or yellow mustard, or even better honey mustard
 - Heat the pan add coconut oil and a bit of butter, then add the garlic cloves and rosemary, then add the meat cook on each side till it gets a nice color
 - Get a baking tray and put all the ingredients together, wrap in aluminum foil
 - Cook in oven in the middle rack, highest temperature with the broiler on
 - The food will cook on steam
 - You can make side rice
 - It will take around 40-60 mins
